Garnet red in color with an intense nose of wild red raspberry and ripe strawberries. The concentrated layers of cherry and red fruit on the palate lead to soft, supple tannins and well balanced medium oak on the finish. A sophisticated Pinot Noir with the ability to stand up to pork, poultry, and even rare red meat dishes. |
